Dear Future Blog Boss,
We’ve all been there—overthinking every single step, trying to make sure we get it “just right.” It’s that feeling of second-guessing ourselves at every turn.
You could be told to simply write a blog post or create a Pinterest pin, and suddenly you’re bombarded with questions:
“Should the post be this long?”
“Is this the right font for my pin?”
“What if I don’t choose the right keywords?”
“What happens if I post at the wrong time and nobody sees it?”
We end up overcomplicating things. Why? Because deep down, we’re afraid that even though others have succeeded, somehow, we’ll mess it up.
So, let’s unpack that for a second. What if you don’t get it perfect on the first try? What if something doesn’t go according to plan?
Who even gets to decide what’s “right” or “wrong” in your business?
Here’s the truth: most people say, “I just want to make sure I’m doing it the right way,” but what they’re really saying is, “I’m scared this isn’t going to work.”
And that fear keeps them stuck, constantly questioning, instead of moving forward.
But here’s what I want you to hear loud and clear: Don’t overcomplicate it.
Success doesn’t come from getting every single detail perfect. It comes from doing the work, learning from it, and adjusting along the way.
Think about it—would you rather be the person who says, “I’m too scared to start because I might get it wrong,” or the person who says, “I’m going to keep showing up, keep putting in the effort, and keep improving until it works”?
Your business, your blog, and your success don’t need to be perfect from the start. You just need to keep showing up, keep learning, and keep going.
Remember, your audience is counting on you to lead with confidence, to keep moving forward even when things feel uncertain.
Don’t overcomplicate it. Take action, make adjustments, and trust that the results will come.
You’ve got this. I
believe in you, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
To your success,
Jackie
